Pur essendo un ristorante già avviato da diversi anni e molto conosciuto a Cremona e dintorni, mi sento in dovere di fare una recensione!
Mi sento in dovere in quanto credo di essere una delle poche persone che non ama particolarmente il sushi… Ebbene, mi si è aperto un mondo! Un bel mondo!
La materia prima è di qualità più che eccellente, fresca e lavorata in modo delizioso.
Ho subito fatto presente che amavo più il pesce cotto del crudo, il proprietario si è premunito di mettermi a conoscenza di tutte le loro specialità cotte, Squisite peraltro!
Ero con altri commensali, ho assaggiato anche del sushi… Ottimo!
Hanno un’ottima cantina di vini, la location è veramente elegante e curata nei minimi dettagli.
